I don't know why all you Mac users are so smug. There are NO programs available for the Mac! For instance, the top four programs I spend my time using on my Dell have no mac equivalents: (1) A virus scanner; (2) Spyware scanner; (3) An ad remover; and (4) Disk defragger Sheez! They don't need them as much, mostly because Mac's aren't attacked by viruses and such as much as PC's. But it isn't our fault we get attacked, the PC is just too popular... :P -------------------- Lt. Sullust Cogito Ergo Sum Polaris Posts: 2462 | Registered: Wednesday, October 3 2001 07:00 |

quote:It's nice seeing Thufir so wonderfully out of context like this! Dune is one of my favorite books, as well as one of my favorite movies (the David Lynch version, and not that woosy Sci-Fi Channel miniseries). I always wondered, though, why Lynch decided to give the mentats such fuzzy eyebrows... The purple lips I can understand, but eyebrows? Posts: 907 | Registered: Monday, July 15 2002 07:00 |

No. RWG is filled with posts that are somewhat relevant, if viewed at the right angle and in the right light. Let's keep it that way. —Alorael, who would be perfectly happy to see a new Homeland board for the Homeland Historical Society. Or SubTerra could play host. Even ET, AT, or a Geneforge board! It could be like the Olympics and boards could bid! Posts: 14579 | Registered: Saturday, December 1 2001 08:00 |

Is Thufir Hawat ever truly out of context? I think not. Obviously, he's the reason why GC is so frickin' EZ. Posts: 2242 | Registered: Saturday, April 10 2004 07:00 |

I petition to move this forum right under General and title it "Miscellaneous." Other than that, I don't see why we need to move this under SubTerra, especially considering that it's more active than SubTerra, but - *sigh* - sure, why not? -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |
