I don't think your first question asks what you mean it to. Your possible answers should be "windows" and "mac" not "yes" and "no". I think most people here will answer yes to that question. -------------------- Do not underestimate the power of the mechanical pencil. Join the Dark side. We have cookies. It's because Jeff would rather do all the programming on Mac than Windows. Dikiyoba. -------------------- Episode 4: Spiderweb Reloaded Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

Jeff's background is in Macintosh programming. The games are created and programmed on a Macintosh platform and subsequently "ported" to Windows. -------------------- http://www.goozex.com/trading/asp/join.asp?idr=412684821 alexkaltsas.com Posts: 145 | Registered: Sunday, February 18 2007 08:00 |

Are there any exclusive *nix users here? If not, I think everyone should be answering yes to question one. An exclusive or might get rid of a few and would actually be an interesting question. —Alorael, who uses AbacOS. "Do you use windows or mac" - Yes. "Would you prefer games to get out first for windows and then for mac?" - Surprisingly, no. You see, while the wait is a bit of a irritation, bug fixes usually come out for the Mac version before the Windows version is released. Thus, the bugs are caught on Windows before the Mac version is released, making the Windows version a bit less buggy. So the end result is that Windows users benefit from the wait. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! Please rate these scenarios at the CSR after playing them! As I've said many times in the past, I personally get more work done quickly on a Mac. Thus, doing the game first on a Mac and then porting it gets the game quickly delivered to people using both platforms. This is my personal preference and should not be taken in any way as an endorsement of either platform. Really didn't need to be a poll.
