I need to transfer A1-A4, G1-G3 from my old computer. I can transfer them by filesharing, but they do not remain registered. How would transfer them so that they remain registered? Thankz.

I've transfered E3 on a flash drive, and I think I've done the same with BOA, A3 and A1. I don't know why you would have problems with it.

You have to transfer the preferences for the registration, right?

Maybe transfer them and then mail Jeff?

Or would that erase your save files?

MagmaDragoon is correct. You need to find and transfer the preferences files for each game.

Or, if you can't or don't want to do that, just email Jeff and explain your situation, and he'll give you new registration codes for your new computer.

Using a firewire cable to connect your computers would probably be a safe and efficient way of transferring the games, although if your games are registered, you should have a registration CD or codes or something that you could use on your compy instead. If it's losing all your old saves that you are concerned about, just chuck them over to the new computer and they'll work as good as new.

Whatever happened to good old Timbuktu? Being able to spy on other people's computer and watch what they were doing and then controlling it was always so much fun.

EDIT: Or rather, the saves will work as good as when you saved them. If they worked as good as new, that really wouldn't be very good at all. :P

A crossover ethernet cable should work just fine. Also, burning the entire directory that holds the game to a CD should work too.
