Post photos here. Only REAL photos, not funny photos, please. I know, the subject is not very original...
Let's start with a photo of Jenny, my 2nd cat.

At home, we have five parakeets.
I will post a pic as soon as I can get my brother to send one.

I grew up having a lot of animals. The most pets I've ever had at one time was six dogs (one had puppies), five cats, four snakes, two iguanas, about 30 rats, and a wild opossum that my dad caught (he let it go after he saw it going after one of the cats).

I have two cats, but I have no digital camera or scanner. They are both adorable, one because he lacks dignity entirely and the other because he has too much.

—Alorael, who has realized that his only cat photos are of deceased cats, so even a scanner can't fix his current pet photo problem. He'll work on that.

I have 5 cats, but have no clue where the pictures are unfortunately. 3 are brown tabbys(Kira Maku, Phoebe, and Mica), one is a gray tabby(Sonya), and the fifth(Muffins, the name is not our fault) is marmalade(as in colouring, not the jam). I also have a brown and white hamster(Scout).

Hey, this are news. At least for me, since I always imagined Alorael having dogs if ever pets. Maybe because of the sniper rifle <_<

I am very much a cat person.

—Alorael, who has neither had nor desired a dog at any point. Among other problems, dogs require attention. Cats demand attention, which is an altogether different thing.

I suspect that most of SW.members have cats. It has probably to do with the conspicuous presence of intelligent cats in Avernum.
^_^ Dolphin is the big exception. Well, maybe Alec too, respectively his mother.

edit:
*has excavated some pet photos*

Let's see now...

My family has two dogs. One is a gray Labrador retriever (a black Lab almost as old as my sibling) named Rosey. The other is a German Shepherd/Lab mix named Jezzie.

Then I have a cat named Lynx who is a Siamese/Calico mix. My sibling has a Guinea pig that never seems to have the same name twice. My family also has some goldfish, but those hardly count as pets.

Dikiyoba asked for a tarantula recently but ended up receiving a cactus instead.

I have three cats, two of which are tabbies and the other of which is who knows what, and two cockateils.

We found the who-knows-what cat under the bushes in front of my house with a litter of kittens, and we adopted her after a couple years. All of that litter is dead, but her two subsequent litters have all been adopted, hopefully into loving homes. She has great-grandchildren, and maybe even more distant descendents. She is now spayed though, so she won't be having any more. She thinks she owns the house, and loves to let my other cats know it in a violent manner. We don't know how old she is, but she is at least eleven years old.

We received Mousie, one of the tabbies, from one of my mother's ex-boyfriends. Everything she does is adorable. She is big and obese, and rather stupid. We simply could not get her to stop clawing the furniture, so we had her declawed. She rarely went outdoors even before she was declawed, so it doesn't make much of a difference in her life. She loves to sleep and clean herself far more than my other two cats. She is rather kittenlike (except in the weight department), even though she is about six years old. She is very vocal, and she has big, wide eyes, making her even more adorable.

We got Kitty from my mother's current boyfriend. He bought Kitty for his daughter, but then she decided she didn't want her, so he was stuck with the cat. She loves to claw on the furniture and put her dirty paws on the sliding glass door in order to get attention, which annoys us. She is very timid and jumps at the slightest provocation. She is constantly under our feet, sometimes tripping us. She is about the same age as Mousie. She sometimes tries to play with Mousie, but Mousie, not being very bright, thinks she is being attacked and hisses in a rather adorable manner.

Waldo the cockateil is about 15 years old. He is friendly and likes to go on for ten minutes at a time shrieking "Ricky! Ricky! Ricky! Ricky! Ricky!" (a habit he picked up from my cousin's cockateil, Ricky). He is friendly and likes to be petted. His beak is getting weak and he needs to dip his food in his water dish before eating it. It's sad.

Cookie the cockateil likes to sing, especially the Teddy Bears' Picnic song. Sometimes he does a Teddy Bears' Picnic/Ricky Ricky Ricky medley. After mating with my grandmother's cockateil Prettybird, he developed strong paternal instincts and a readiness to attack anything that comes near him, which he still has, despite the fact that there are no longer any eggs to defend.

I'll upload pictures at some point, maybe, but I have none at the moment.

I used to have two cats, but they got left in Montana. Being both fertile males that were rarely allowed inside, they'd never survive the trip to Oregon. So no pets now. Though my grandparents, who now live 7 blocks away, have a ****zu we take on walks every once in a while.

EDIT: Amusingly enough, UBB's autocensor works surprisingly well for something on UBB.

Two budgies, two finches, a canary, a cat that is not officially ours but considers herself ours, and a cat who is officially ours. The story about this is, our neighbours on both sides own a cat. One is male, the other is female. They mated and gave birth to four kittens, on our property. The neighbours called to get the kittens and give them to the RSPCA. They couldn't find one of them, and said that if they failed to find it we could keep it. And so we kept it. I'll post some pictures sometime.

We have one dog, Sadie, whose image is in my profile. We used to have two dogs, but Bennie (the black one) died last October. There was a great weakening in the force that day.

Sadie is a decent dog, today she rode in the back of the truck on the highway. She likes sticking her head around the side of the cab so that her ears flap in the breeze. She is also a rather petite animal, weighing a mere 92 lbs. She's learned to be willfully (and joyfully) disobedient, often finding her tennis ball and dropping it at her own feet. Only rarely will I walk over, pick it up, and throw it to a new place. It seems pointless, similar to golf, but it pleases her to no end and keeps her weight within managable parameters. God forbid she actually had any fat in her muscles.

Other than that, there were a couple of bobcats that used to hang around, but I haven't heard them mating yet this year, so maybe they have left. We also permit frogs in the pond, birds in the yard (except crows), and various squirrels and mice can venture forth at their own discretion. Sadie has been known to kill the furry creatures for the pure bloody joy of it.

:D Good doggie!

I have no photos as I'm not using my own computer. I own:
3 cats
Shaft is a tiny, mad, black girl cat (13 human years)
Zed is her gigantic tabby twin bro
Sparki is their neurotic piebald 5-year-old adopted brother
Vivian is a pretty silver fishy
Sandy is a beautiful little axolotl... what is an axolotl? one of these IMAGE(http://www.zoolex.org/zoolexstat/pictdir/707/0.jpg)
I will never help anyone who compares this graceful amphibian to a wet potato.
