I remember hearing the title song to the movie That Thing That You Do, and exclaiming, "Hey, are Split Enz back?" I hadn't realized Tim Finn had put himself back to some good use. I was glad he got some recognition for that. I still have 2 or 3 different colored vinyl versions of the ancient, but catchy True Colours LP. Those boys gave new wave pop a good name. EDIT: Oh fave games, right: Civilization II/III The Myst series Doom/Quake/Hexen Amber: Journeys Beyond (good late 90's creepy mystery game ala 7th Guest.) Averna Umm, if you want a clue how long I've been around and how early the gaming addiction set in, my first computer gaming experience was the original Zork/Great Cave and an early fave was Loderunner on the Apple //. I see an urgent need for an EV:N total conversion to explain how the vahnatai went from starfaring to living in caves beneath the surface of Ermarian. Come on. When else are you going to have a chance to actually use Alxus in a meaningful context? —Alorael, who wonders whether space chitrachs and star hydras are significant threats to vahnatai waveships. Top Three Ways To Freak People Out: 1. Go into a store, pick out a mundane item, and then jabber on about it in gibberish to a sales clerk. 2. Sit in an elevator and ride up and down, saying that you aren't getting off on a particular floor because you're only on the elevator because "You can sure meet some interesting people on elevators, can't you?" 3. First, you need a dried date (it's a fruit). Ask an almost complete stranger whether they want a date. If they say yes, give them the date. If they say no, eat the date. Dikiyoba has done all but the first one. That one Dikiyoba leaves to Dikiyoba's peers. Edit: Spacing.
