Several Times I have seen and Read Something called an 'RP' Does anyone Know Where I could find a List of Spidwebs RPs? An RP is a role play, which is basically a story, only you act out a character and write the story post by post. There is really no official list of Spiderweb RPs, and they are rather few and far between nowdays. There are several other roleplays I remember: The Spatula of Arthritis RP Crystals Souls RP (Character Descriptions) Also, several roleplays were archived and then deleted from the boards. Of these, only one has been restored online so far (YES, stop peskering me, I'll get on with the PPP when I have time). The Legendary Avernum RP, of the golden age of Spiderweb Roleplaying. Also, there are some that are also pretty well: - Baltazar the Mad RP (archived, but not restored to an online site), by Nazgul - The Tavern Front RP, by Tommy, same. Some unfinished/cancelled attempts: - The Lawlessness of Tumbleweed RP - The Prohibition RP - To Slay a Dragon - Gethein Deludere - The Fall of the Star Clan - Shattered Alliance - The Greywraith Clan And some that are too horrible to look upon, but make for interesting reading all the same. - The Sands of Time (Motrax) - I think I have this, but not sure. - Around the Place in However Long it Takes (ADoS) - Around the Human Body in however long it takes (ADoS) - Around the Universe in However Long it Takes (ADoS) - The New Silvar Inn (several incarnations of that) - Zombie Attack!!! Never heard of MODWARS, sorry. Also, ADoS, I was under the impression that "Around the Place/Block in however long it takes" (you renamed it later, afaik), was your first one. But now that I think about it, I remember you said "*This time*, we're only going around the block", which implies you had something similar going on before. However, I haven't saved that. Mod Wars were archived on TM's page, but ezboard crash ate them. So unless TM has a copy saved somewhere else, they are gone. (It was a series of Star Wars themed stories with iconboard mods (and prominent members) as characters.) Desperance has claimed to have Misc, as has Polaris. Both were worthier attempts, and neither were particularly worthy. Calling boards Miscellaneous doesn't make the Miscellaneous. They often lack Alcritas. —Alorael, who would rather have Misc live on forever as a memory that he can use to claim total superiority to all newcomers. Nothing wrong with superiority, is there? I can't imagine why my RP was considered good... or completed, for that matter. It never finished. By some twisted state of mind I became a kind of control freak in the RP, something I apologize for. Alec's meddling didn't help either. At any rate, if another RP were to start up, I would have second thoughts about joining it. I didn't fair well in my absence from the site. I think I've burned out in the writing department. Besides, I already screwed up enough RPs.
