Sent to RC. The folders are page numbers. Anything in brackets wasn't in the topic title, but is a comment of my own. If at all possible, I'd like to see the General Archive up before General gets trimmed tonight (in six and a half hours), just to make sure everything works. Or at least to have all the submissions collected and make sure that their formatting is proper and everything. Alright, then, I'll get started on it right now. I currently have these pages: 14 done by ef 18 done by RC 21 done by ef 22-25 done by RC Edit: I have not gotten the email yet, but I think that's normal. It usually takes about 3min for my ISP to scan it. [ Saturday, May 22, 2004 13:28: Message edited by: RC ] -------------------- Chance Forums Posts: 1307 | Registered: Tuesday, May 7 2002 07:00 |

I was away for a bit, but I'll compress the folder and send it to you immediately. EDIT: RC, what program do you use to compress files and folders on Windows? I ordinarily use Stuffit with my OS9 iMac at school, but I'm currently using my Dad's Dell with Windows XP at home. I use Winrar, stug, but there's not really a way to get it for macs...um...I can try booting up my mac emulator and getting the files by using Stuff-it, it has worked for BoA... Or you can send me the files by just putting them in one folder, it'll take a while to mail and receive, though... EDIT: if possible, try to cram it into one meg files and send it that way, one meg at a time. Or send it to me by IM, it might work that way. Thanks guys, I'll download those programs. RC, I'm using my Dad's PC now, so I don't need a program that will work for Mac. I only mentioned the part about using a Mac ordinarily to explain my incompetence with Windows. So, yeah I'll get hold of WinRar and give it a shot. -------------------- Stughalf "The death-knell of the republic had rung as soon as the active power became lodged in the hands of those who sought, not to do justice to all citizens, rich and poor alike, but to stand for one special class and for its interests as opposed to the interests of others."- Theodore Roosevelt, 1903. We now have less than 4hrs. before the topics are sniped to death. I still need files from FBM, Thuryl, Sauron, Stughalf, Alec, STD, and DP. Either put them up on a website so I can download them and put them on my webhost or email me: lenochkac@icehouse.net We are on a tight schedule, please do this a.s.a.p. before the topics die. EDIT: If by email, make sure the attachment is no more than 3megs per email, or it'll probably get bounced back. If we've already saved the topics to HD, there's no rush to send them. A few hours without old topics won't kill anyone. EDIT: Okay, it appears I can't send emails larger than 10 MB. I'll split up the archive and send it to you in pieces some time tonight. STD, do you know how to use FTP and how to transfer files using it? If so, I can give you some space to store it on. Otherwise, break the files into parts by page number and send them one at a time. -------------------- Chance Forums Posts: 1307 | Registered: Tuesday, May 7 2002 07:00 |

I don't remember exactly how to use FTP, I have only used it in a local network, but is you gave me a quick lowdown... The problem is that I can't send any files at all with my mail, Ive tried dozens of file types and sizes, but none of them seem to work. -------------------- For Ancelot the ancient cross of war for the holy town of gods Gloria, gloria perpetua in this dawn of victory The one and only StD! 33111-CRUSADER-4849 Posts: 662 | Registered: Friday, September 13 2002 07:00 |

Sorry about the long delay- there was a bit of an emergency with a family friend yesterday evening. I'm currently sending my section, piecewise, to RC.
