Well, this is certainly high praise... http://www.rpgcodex.com/content.php?id=94 "All in all, 2003 was a pretty rotten year for the CRPG genre. There just weren't really any great CRPG titles, the only real exception being Spiderweb Software's excellent sequel Geneforge 2. Beyond that, almost everything was a disappointment." Well, it's just one opinion, but yeah, that's pretty cool... -------------------- And though the musicians would die, the music would live on in the imaginations of all who heard it. -The Last Pendragon TEH CONSPIRACY IZ ALL Les forum de la chance. Now if only the same thing would happen in 2004, and 2005, and 06 ... -------------------- 73|-| 1|\|\/1|\|<1|3|_3 |30063y|\/|4|\| AHEM: Chance Forums! -Reality Corp. Posts: 1307 | Registered: Tuesday, May 7 2002 07:00 |

Does anyone know if anything other than BoA is being worked on, or at least thought about? -------------------- And though the musicians would die, the music would live on in the imaginations of all who heard it. -The Last Pendragon TEH CONSPIRACY IZ ALL Les forum de la chance. Geneforge 3. No, I don't know for sure, but Geneforge 2 strongly hints it. -------------------- 73|-| 1|\|\/1|\|<1|3|_3 |30063y|\/|4|\| AHEM: Chance Forums! -Reality Corp. Posts: 1307 | Registered: Tuesday, May 7 2002 07:00 |

Blades of Geneforge is also expected, but Jeff is probably only working on BoA right now. He's moved the deadline back several times already, and I'm sure he'd rather not do it even more. —Alorael, who would really like to know what world Jeff intends to use after he's done with Geneforge. He has only really created two so far, Avernum and Geneforge. Nethergate was different, but it required less imagination and more adaptation of history. Aww... I kinda wish Jeff would come up with something entirely new. I just don't think the Geneforge series were that good. Interesting and original yes, but they just didn't have the charisma that made the Exile games something special... Posts: 756 | Registered: Monday, August 4 2003 07:00 |

That is kool. I didn't know Spiderweb was that well known. Anyway, I graduate in 2006. Wow, that's only in two years. Just thought you'd like to know. -------------------- Look Ma, I'm banned! Posts: 1046 | Registered: Friday, March 22 2002 08:00 |
