I'm a fan of the Oozing Blade too. With high enough Quick Action, you're getting double hits pretty often, plus throwing acid on the enemy with each thrust. For me, that makes up for any difference in damage versus another, stronger blade. Posts: 32 | Registered: Wednesday, January 2 2002 08:00 |

My husband encountered something similar in beta testing. He was in the Boiling Mudpits and was sending creations through the mines and stuff to check things out. His lead character never actually walked through the area to get to the north exit to the Caverns, but his creations did. When he exited the area, the Boiling Caverns was there and able to be accessed, even though he hadn't actually cleared the Mudpits himself, only his creations had. He didn't actually clear the mines in the Mudpits for a while after that. Posts: 32 | Registered: Wednesday, January 2 2002 08:00 |

My husband just bought a new Dell, and one of the options was an upgrade to Vista. Since it's shipping in a few days, we don't know if it's actually installed yet or if it's something they send later or something, but it will have Vista at some point. My guess is that the official release to stores for consumer purchase will be late January, but new computers purchased now will include Vista. Saves Microsoft from having to offer free/cheap upgrades later to people who bought their brand new computers for Christmas. Give it to them now and save the headaches. Just double-click on the .dmg and it'll come up as a disk image. It'll act like you attached another drive. You then just follow the instructions you see when you click on the disk image in the sidebar in the Finder window. Disk images are really easy to work with, and as far as I know, there's no special software needed, so you don't have to worry about people not having Stuffit.
