If I'm not wrong, Captain Avernum is based on the Avernum king, and if he's wearing some rear-rocket to fly, that's a perfect reason to explode if hit. :P

Everytime I've used any special software to convert BMPs into GIFs, the conversion ruined the colours. But using Paintbrush and 'Save As' to create a GIF from the very same BMP it works just fine.
Weird.

I think it's a good idea. You can click on the image to call the complete set in a new page, as a pop-up. Then, if you like it, you save it.
Will the database list file sizes?
