Er, why? Just buy the game. Besides, it would take very, very long and be nothing new for most of the Blades community. You'd be better off making and playing custom scenarios. But if you want to, be my guest. [ Saturday, January 01, 2005 10:15: Message edited by: 4614 and 4808 ] -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

1: it would be pointless 2: not to mention practically impossible -------------------- I say never be complete. I say stop being perfect. I say let's evolve. Let the chips fall where they may. Posts: 1277 | Registered: Sunday, December 9 2001 08:00 |

Would that even be possible? I mean, with so many flags and nodes, would there even be room? -------------------- Wham Bam Shizam Posts: 247 | Registered: Monday, September 6 2004 07:00 |

I once remade the entire city of Shayder just to see if I could. It is pointless, but kind of fun. -------------------- When the portal to Upper Avernum starts to blow, first dump a bucket of water on it. Then run like hell. We're all heroes! I remade all the towns from the first chapter of Exile II and a chunk of the outdoor terrain too. If you want it, feel free to ask! But yeah, it really is kind of pointless. I was intending to use the replication as the setting for a custom scenario, but then high school came along. I haven't touched it for about two years. Still, replicating IS kinda fun, especially if you're very dedicated and have a lot of time on your hands. Go for it! Exile III would be really tough but very cool. -------------------- Frisbeetarianism is the belief that when you die, your soul goes up on the roof and gets stuck. I have asked several times if someone has remade the towns of Exile 2 chapter one, nobody answered, I've been remaking them myself, along with the outdoors. Thanks, I've downloaded it now, and I'm sure it'll help me ALOT. -------------------- I am the way into the doleful city I am the way into eternal grief, I am the way to a foresaken race. Bruce Mitchell's scenario has all of Exile III replicated, but I forget the name. -------------------- "At times discretion should be thrown aside, and with the foolish we should play the fool." - Menander ==== Drakefyre's Demesne - Happy Happy Joy Joy Encyclopedia Ermariana - Trapped in the Closet ==== You can take my Mac when you pry my cold, dead fingers off the mouse! I remember it was horrible. Check the CSR tables at the Lyceum . Start at the bottom and work your way up. I'm sure it's in the 1's. Can you import towns from a scenario with a password though? I know it has one because I wandered through all 70 outdoor sections counting towns to submit it to Alex. -------------------- Forever Always on Past the End TrueSite for Blades - Blades Walkthroughs Pixle Profusion - BoE Graphics Archive Posts: 563 | Registered: Tuesday, July 27 2004 07:00 |

*clicks the link and reads the thread* Heh. The way I think about it, if you're going to recreate a Valorim for a scenario, you mays well make it good for all the work it would take. Wow, remaking E3 exactly, though, that would be tough. Do you think it's more than 100 outdoor sections? -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Given that the link was to the CSR page of that scenario, that's a pretty safe assumption. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. Wow. Cool! Yeah, that's me. Robinator. Wow. Those were the days. I have no idea how the replication got on a website, but cool nonetheless. Only problem is, I couldn't open the website, I'm not sure if that version is really completely finished, and it was written about 5 years ago by an annoying 10 year old (now an annoying 15 year old). If you have any problems with it, e-mail me! (darobinbot@communistsquirrel.com) -------------------- Frisbeetarianism is the belief that when you die, your soul goes up on the roof and gets stuck. You asked if anyone wanted it and I said yes. :P It's been on my harddrive for a month or two but I finally got around to doing something with it. TrueSite is underconstruction at the moment. I decided to make my life a lot harder and take advantage of the new geocities feature of subdirectories. Not that I was having problems navigating it but I think it'll make things easier for me in the future. That plus I'm obsessed with neatness, order, and orginization. ;) I tried to resist the urge to sort but I lost. Thus after everything was sorted all the links were wrong so I have to fix them all before it'll be up and running again. -------------------- Forever Always on Past the End TrueSite for Blades - Blades Walkthroughs Pixle Profusion - BoE Graphics Archive Posts: 563 | Registered: Tuesday, July 27 2004 07:00 |
