I had almost despaired of ever having another Avernum-style game to play... I never even finished A4, and I barely started GF4 before I blew it off... tired of jumping from dungeon to dungeon to dungeon, I missed having large worlds that I could just wander across and explore without constant fighting. Nethergate:Resurrection was a *joy* !!! I just finished, and wish I had another whole game to play!! Maybe I'll go back and A3 again... Thank you again for giving me another experience in the old world!! Posts: 34 | Registered: Thursday, March 17 2005 08:00 |

I doubt he will make another game with that engine, but there is something you can play. It is called Blades of Avernum. There, the games are endless. The limit is that of the limit of the imagination (and skill) of the entire Spiderweb community. -------------------- Muffins n' Hell|Muffins n' Hell: The Muffins Are Back Again I have an addiction to Spiderweb games. Aye, I've registered and played BofA. The main quests were okay, but most of the addons where too short to get particularly inspired by. OTOH, I haven't played in a year or two, so I think I'll go see what's been created more recently. Thanks for the reminder!! Actually, Tyranicus hasn't updated in a while. TrueSite currently has the most thorough collection. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews!
