The original topic was eaten by the message board software, and the replacement topic appears to have fallen prey to a similar bug. Here's a second try at a replacement topic for the "Regulation" debate. N.B.: Cat pictures will be edited out mercilessly. If you break the thread, justice will be delivered Shaper style, preferably with a Discipline Wand. -------------------- Slarty vs. Desk • Desk vs. Slarty • Timeline of Ermarian • G4 Strategy Central Posts: 3560 | Registered: Wednesday, November 7 2001 08:00 |

Just so you know, the first replacement topic is still around. And it's also breaking the Today's Active Topics. -------------------- Scenarios need reviews! Perhaps topics composed mostly of long posts should be locked when they hit page 20, since this thread-wrecking bug seems to happen fairly consistently? Dikiyoba. Posts: 4346 | Registered: Friday, December 23 2005 08:00 |

I don't quite remember where we were in that other thread. As I recall, my last post involved the fact that irreducible complexity makes a statement about what cannot ever happen and therefore must justify that this cannot ever happen under any circumstances. Stillness seemed appalled and wanted to back into probabilities again, but irreducible complexity doesn't rely on probabilities. It relies on impossibility. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. Smoo: Get ready to face the walls!
