You forgot the 3rd faction. I don't know. Rebels cause destruction and Shapers chop off peoples heads for saying "I don't know if I like you or..." chop. Shapers get power, wealth, respect, and creature comforts. Rebels get mud, hate, and killed by Shapers. I'll take the former, thanks. —Alorael, who would really prefer to be a Shaper far away from the rebellion.
