At the Tower Colony upstairs in X's Tower are three locked doors. Is there any way to access them.

Also, upstairs where you fought the demon there is an area beyond the rocks that you can't access. Do X's rooms lead there?

No, both areas are unaccessable. If you edit your way into X's rooms, you'll find that they are empty, so you're not missing out on anything.

I think that Kelner's key allows you to get into one of X's rooms after you defeat the demon. It's still not worth it.
