I finished the game, but am left puzzled by the fact that there are a few rooms that I could not gain access to. First, there is a door or two above Solberg in the Tower Colony that you can't pick I never gained access to, and a portcullis in the ruins I found no way to open, with a passageway containing some notes on the ground you can't reach. Also, in the Castle, upstairs nextdoor to the room where the rewards for the Darkside Loyalists quests are, is another room the door to which you can't pick. Is there a way to access these or not? If not has anyone tried cheating to get in to see if anything interesting is inside? -------------------- Warning: Posts may contain misspellinks and typo.s Posts: 409 | Registered: Sunday, March 31 2002 08:00 |

In the Castle, definitely no, according to Jeff. Not sure about the others. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. I think I read that someone got into the rooms above X in the Tower Colony. Solberg is in Patrick's Tower. There was nothing in them and they did not connect to the area with the notebook behind the gate. Posts: 4643 | Registered: Friday, February 10 2006 08:00 |

My guess is that you have to change the scripts. -------------------- "As our circle of knowledge expands, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it." --Albert Einstein -------------------- Posts: 536 | Registered: Sunday, September 7 2003 07:00 |

I seem to remember Niemand saying that he changed the scripts so that every terrain type was unblocked (including blackness), so he could walk anywhere. I think that'd be the only way to go about it. On the other hand, he went straight to the last dungeon and got slaughtered. -------------------- Thuryl: "Runescape: for people who are too stupid to save their games." There are a few doors with "X" written on them and a map showing another "X" elsewhere. Are these for A5? or did I miss something and can't get in... Posts: 5 | Registered: Monday, November 7 2005 08:00 |

Follow the map to the other X. Then, once you get to that other X, follow that map back to the previous X. Eventually you should work your way back to something interesting. Alternatively, travel west from Grindstone and find a cave to go down into. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. Then go north of Formello, there's six of them in all but you can't do them out of order. -------------------- ??? ?????? ???? ????? Posts: 883 | Registered: Wednesday, October 19 2005 07:00 |
