Okay, this might be a bit of a dumb question but I need help.

I'm trying to join the obeyers but no matter what I say and to who, they keep saying that I have yet to prove that I'm the one they should follow.

I was wondering if someone will tell me what I need to say and to who so that they will let me join?

You need to have a reputation for opposing servile independence. Basically, go around telling serviles that they should obey you. Once you've talked to enough people, ask to join again.

Or just press Shift+D, and type "I love serviles", that seems to do the trick.
