I'm posting the locations of both of the bracelets incase anyone else needs them. The Left Access Bracelet is in Benerii-Eo Labs in the northeast corner, and is protected by a Golem. I can verify that the rotghroth drops a fang frequently- it has dropped one all three playthroughs I've done. -------------------- A few cats short of a kitten pot pie...
