If I ever have to create graphics, I use Photoshop. Not optimum for creation of graphics, but for editing existing ones, it has no parallel. Posts: 2862 | Registered: Tuesday, October 2 2001 07:00 |

Serif Photo-Plus 8. It's brilliant for editing pictures. You can add lighting, change the colours. Ever seen a PURPLE unicorn? Freaky? Most of the graphic-programs out there can do those things, Michael. :P Anyway, I use MS Paint to draw my works, and PhotoShop to make them look like actual graphics/artwork. -------------------- The Great Mister kommari@gmail.com[/url] Posts: 417 | Registered: Sunday, June 27 2004 07:00 |

sorry for that. Pro-Motion is just the best program I've used for sprites. I spent a long time looking for a program as good as it on linux. I've used Macs for the majority of my computing life but I haven't used them for any of my game programming. Posts: 27 | Registered: Thursday, March 18 2004 08:00 |

FuturePaint for the Mac is decent, and if you can afford Photoshop, it works pretty well too. Posts: 73 | Registered: Wednesday, July 3 2002 07:00 |

Have you checked the clipboard before pasting to make sure it actually contains the graphic? Sometimes opening a program in Classic mode (like ResEdit) can erase the clipboard contents. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! You need to copy from a Classic app to a ResEdit. I have had the same problem. If you have Graphic Converter, check the info to if it can be opened in Classic instead of X. -------------------- My ego is bigger than yours. Posts: 480 | Registered: Thursday, October 11 2001 07:00 |
