I compressed the folder of the version I actually used to beat the scenario, so I know my version has every file needed to complete the scenario. www.rit.edu/~ipm6435/A%20Large%20Rebellion.zip (You may need to do on-the-spot script mods to solve a quest or two, though. Also getting the horses or the boat seems to make it worse.
