Ok, I have attempted to fix my computer, having to reinstall much. I've resent my e-mail containing roughly 25 individual graphics, but I'm still not positive it sent correctly. So let me know if you've got it yet, so I know to bash my computer to pieces or not. -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! Posts: 1582 | Registered: Wednesday, November 13 2002 08:00 |

This guy Valmit has submitted a dark terrain series exactly like mine, except that the quality of his isn't as good. WTH? Especially since his other submits are rather good... -------------------- Encyclopaedia • Archives • Members • RSS [Topic / Forum] • Blog • Polaris • NaNoWriMo Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair. First, I'd like to point out that my name isn't Valmit, though all of my graphics in the archive are under that name. Change them to The Great Mister, or TGM for short. Secondly, I'd like to point out that the Dark Terrain took me five minutes. It was my first terrain graphic, of course it's sucky, just like the wallsets I made afterwards. Thirdly, Burschka? :P [ Sunday, October 19, 2003 09:10: Message edited by: Ruotsalainen Pippurimakkara ] -------------------- The Great Mister kommari@gmail.com[/url] Posts: 761 | Registered: Thursday, June 19 2003 07:00 |

Oh, thanks. :) Btw, I'm thinking about doing some more graphics, especially terrain (once you get the hang of the slopes it's so much fun), but being the procrastinator I am, I'll probably not send any in until December or something. Still, the idea's sitting at the back of my head. ;) -------------------- Encyclopaedia • Archives • Members • RSS [Topic / Forum] • Blog • Polaris • NaNoWriMo Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair. I like your "dusty" terrain, and will be using that (if I'm allowed to). However your desert terrain is perhaps... a little too yellow? I fear the strain on player's eyes. I recommend a slighty browner tint. And your snow it awfully white. But oh well, I can't think of a better way to do it. Maybe a very light gray? I also remember a RED desert terrain for BOE, but there's not a chance I'd remember the author. I would love to see that recreated for BOA, as I used it in my never-finished-never-will-be BOE mega-scenario. I've got the perfect place for it. Someone? -------------------- DEMON PLAY, DEMON OUT! If it's on the Louvre, it's there to be used. Feel free. Feel free to alter the desert terrain, snow terrain, as well. As for the red desert, I did that one for Destiny of the Spheres. I'll see what I can whip up. -------------------- All that we see, or seem, is but a dream within a dream. I could start making item graphics again.. I love making item graphics.. Of course, if I find time and motivation, I might create a few sucky monster graphics. -------------------- The Great Mister kommari@gmail.com[/url] Posts: 761 | Registered: Thursday, June 19 2003 07:00 |

Yes. What is the e-mail you are sending from? I have new spam filters on my machine - it's possible the message is being routed into junk. If you use the word Louvre in the subject line, you should be OK. -------------------- All that we see, or seem, is but a dream within a dream. I'd use the Dusty terrain as a Desert terrain before I'd use the actual desert terrain, personally. -------------------- * Posts: 6936 | Registered: Tuesday, September 18 2001 07:00 |

In Windows, just normal painting programs. The custom graphics are bitmaps (*.bmp files). I usually use all three of PhotoEditor, MS Paint, and Adobe Photoshop 7, for different things. Works okay. For Mac, I don't really know, you'd have to ask one of the mac users here. -------------------- Encyclopaedia • Archives • Members • RSS [Topic / Forum] • Blog • Polaris • NaNoWriMo Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair.
