Hello, I am a new cultist. My implants have yet to be installed, so can someone tell me about RWG, his games, and Homeland? Much appreciated.

Q: What is the sound of one hand clapping?
A: The sound of someone getting smacked upside the head.

Duct tape is like the force. It has a good side and a dark side and it binds the universe together.

Don't worry Alorael, custom titles are overrated.

FAQ

1. Is this forum really about Richard White games?
Yes, but mostly implicitly.

2. What's all this about a secret society or cult?
In recent months several posters have professed to be members of a secret order associated in some way with Richard White. The order has a complex hierarchy, with lower ranking members knowing little of its true purposes. It has been alleged that the order controls its members with brain implants (and/or eyebrow-like outplants), has secretly taken over the US Navy, deploys hit teams of trained needle/ferrets, and generally dabbles in things better left unindabbled

3. What is this forum about, then?
We could tell you, but then we'd have to kill you.

4. Do you have to be stark raving mad to post here?
It seems to work for Icshi, but he's in publishing.

5. So should I just post some banal garbage and hope it fits in?
Not if there's any truth to that bit about needle/ferrets.

6. Is Richard White really dead?
Sometimes.

7. Is there any way to contact Richard White?
No, but if you insert a secret message into a bank transfer from Jeff to an anonymous Swiss account, Mrs. White might take the time to read it.

8. How can you people jest about such things?
Richard White appears not to have put serious effort into his game designs, so we appear not to have put serious effort into restraining ourselves to the realm of good taste.

10. How do you pay for Richard White games?
Right now there's no way to register them on the Spiderweb website's order form. Most recently, however, Zorro made a prank call to Jeff's house and did a little business on the side. And since he's wiped my derriere across the galaxy in a recent mutliplayer Galactic Core match, registration is still obviously possible if you put some effort and imagination into it.

11. Uh, what happened to question #9?
Trust me. You're better off not knowing.

12. Is Icshi really stupid enough to enjoy Galactic Core? What about Zorro? Was he led astray or just plain brainwashed?
Kindly ask only one question at a time, please. A barrage of questions is considered impolite.

13. What on earth is this forum?
It varies with quantum fluctuations between Misc. and RWG.

14. Why aren't some of these topics locked?
They were.

15. Why does ben keep insisting that RWG = Miscellaneous?
Because he is an idiot. Get used to it.

16. t

17. I didn't catch that last one.

17b. Right, it has to be a question. What was that last one?
We wish we knew.

18. Is there some tie among the communications exchanged on these forums, Richard White, and the horrible beings enumerated in the Necronomicon?
At least two of the three are linked. We leave it to you to figure out which.

19. Is this forum a thinly-veiled front for evil in its purest form, or is it just a bit unhinged?
Thinly-veiled? Just a bit? We hate to answer a question with a question (though answering it with two is all right), but there's really no call to become insulting!

20. Is it one person or many answering these questions, which use the first person plural?
Yes.

21. I'm frightened.

21b Er... I'm frightened?
We don't know. Speak to a trained professional to determine whether or not you are frightened.

22. No, I mean... Look, should I be frightened?
Quite probably.

23. What's with the mangos?
Drakey tends to post mangos while locking threads.

24. Who is Richard White?
The creator of at least Galactic Core. You are unworthy of greater knowledge.

25. R U INMBAN?
no carrier.

26. Can you send me toxic chemicles or dangeros objects
No sorry cult only even I have no access

27. If you have no access why did you answer the question
I have my contacts and my reasons..... BYE THE WAY ORDER NOW AND GET A FREE HELMET KILLING MACHINE CURTESY OF DISPLAYED NAME

28: Why does everyone hate RWG?
Not everyone does. Everyone except Ischi and Zorro.

29: What does RWG stand for?
Shut up.

30: Can we lynch ischi zorro or RW ?
No.

31. Was that last post part of the FAQ?
No, it was Icshi.

32. No, really, what does RWG stand for?
No one know until they have clicked the link.

33. Then why did Spring just tell me to shut up?
Ask Richard White.

34. But I thought RW was dead.
He is.

35. Then how am I supposed to contact him? Did you lie? Is he actually alive?
He is.

36. Then he's dead and alive at the same time?
He is.

37. Why did the last three questions have the same answer?
He is.

38. Have you become incapable of answering questions anymore?
He is.

39. Does this FAQ ever end?
He is.

40. Just answer the question, okay?
Never.

41. What are those? What is their purpose?
That is 'need to know' information. If your implants haven't told you, you don't need to know.

42. Was that post part of the FAQ?
No, it was once again Icshi.

43. How low is considered low?
Anything less that about 10^6598.

44. Is Nooben forever a noob?
Yes.

45. How big?
Bigger than Avogadro's number.

46. Why did you reverse the formatting?
Because I felt like it.

47. There is no rhyme or reason.
Is there any method to this madness?

47.773. Your God cannot protect you.
From the Machine?

48. Is he really Nooben?
Once upon a time.

IMAGE(http://images5.theimagehosting.com/nooby.GIF)

50. Are we really this far?
This is nothing.

51. Is this off-topic, yet?
Yes, very.

52. My mommy said that Artic was a scary scary man. Any comments?
It is an untrue statement.

53. You mean he's not scary?
No. We mean he's not a man.

54. *Gulp* Does anyone know what drugs Richard White was on, when he made Homeland?
He didn't make Homeland, newb.

55. I'm not a newb!

55b. I'm not a newb?
Does karma matter?

56. Maybe?
Psh.

57. Why do we have karma then?
To make threads about.

58. Where did Alorael forget his signature?

59. Why are you so mean?
Because you are so n00bish.

60. Shut up. I will give you a one-star rating!
Your point?

57. Is Richard Black another name for Richard White?

That answer is classified by the neddle/ferret shock troops association.

58. Are Richard Black and Richard White the only two colours used?

That answer is classified by the neddle/ferret shock troops association.

59. Can Richard White really travel through time?

60. Why did Error create a questions thread, although he knew of the existence of the FAQ?

Because in the FAQ, you can only ask questions if you can also answer them.

That FAQ is not very helpful, I don't think. It starts out good, but ends up being spam.

Should point out that that list is a compilation of old postings by many people, and not something VCH cooked up on the spur of the moment.

For my part, I would like to amend the last word of response #2, so that the last line reads "dabbles in things better left unindabbled". That's right, I want "unINdabbled", because otherwise the "in" from "dabbles in" is missing, and ending a sentence with a preposition is, as Churchill emphasized, something up with which I will not put. I now find the German-style solution to this prepositional conundrum much more appealing. And balking at coining strange words, on this forum, would really be straining at gnats.

Yeah! Tell me and kill me! Finnaly I can see what being dead is like!

and I think I have to add something. Previously, there have been plans for an emotionless zombie army to take over the whole world and make a situation as is best portraied in "1984" by George Orwell. Ask Poit more about this, as he is the commanding officer. I asked him several things about it, and it certainly features these to points:

A very good dental planYou can keep your "almighty chicken gods shrine." That is, if you believe in them, which I do!This all sounds fantastic, not? Also, as I was the first to sign up for the army, i could choose the continent I would like to rule, which is Europe. If anybody else also wants to profit of this valuable offer before its to late, ask Poit how to sign up now!

Yes, but it doesn't answer questions. And I don't remember any of those questions ever being asked, so how can they be referred to Frequently asked questions?

EDIT: tSoT I know, I contributed to the questions.

They were asked at least twice, technically. Once when the FAQ was compiled, and again when it was reposted here.

We never spelled out what FAQ stood for, did we? It could be Fennel and Ambergris Quesadillas. Mmmm.

Like many aspects of RWG, you're better off not knowing what FAQ stands for here. There are some things man was not meant to know.

Thanks for the unindabbled. The boldface is fine. Could the sentence end with a period, though? Sorry to be so fussy, but in an order like ours one may at any time have to perform intricate arcane rituals from which the slightest deviation would engender cosmic catastrophe. This tends to inculcate a punctiliousness that can extend to such trivia as FAQ punctuation.

Where we are.

Of course, I have practically no idea what this means in any objective sense. This forum is doubtless held as a pattern of electrons on some server machine, somewhere. Or perhaps on several. That would even be smart.

Wherever it is, your own electronic presence has coincided with it -- however it is that your electronic presence, for its part, may actually work. A strange and indirect answer, but is it actually so different from a really serious answer to a question like "Where is my pencil"? Hmmm.

This definitely needs to be added to the FAQ, preferably at or near the top. Otherwise, how will people find the forum? Or the FAQ?
