I finally made it to the rank of corporal at my RCAC squadron! Now I get to actually have a parade position, and help with uniform grading and such. About a year for a corporal, two for sergant, which comes right after corporal. Of course, you need to write a test, so you could stay a Leading Air Cadet for...forever, unfortunately. And, a civilian instructor took in all the Level One handbooks right before the 1st corporal test, 4-5 months ago.
