If the person to be executed gains about a hundred pounds between the plans for the scaffold are drawn and the actual hanging, then yes.

Dikiyoba saw it on the History Channel a while back, one day when Dikiyoba was sick. It really wasn't the best thing to watch when one is feeling ill.
