Or better yet use LEDs that never burn out, and use extremely small amounts of power. Electricity is by far the cheapest form of energy with the least environmental effects.

Well Mr. KnowitAll :o hydro-electric dams do no such thing. Clean reliable power, is the result. The only draw back of course is California. Maybe you should pay your bill someday :)
