It's not a tubgirl. It's a peice of computer graphics art depicting two ancient Greek ladies. It's one of Google's custom site titles that it puts up corresponding to a certain occasion or holiday. (Yes, this is for people who didn't know this, especially Stareye, who seemingly didn't click on the link to see exactly what it was before deleting it. No hard fellings though, hopefully.)
