Found this cool little app on VT, makes image maps, kind of hard to explain, but it's fun. I'm starting a little hometown project. Here's mine (unfinished)

Ummmm...interesting, but I don't see the point. What are those purple and red dots and stuff?

Those are photo locations, you click on them, and it shows a picture or pictures I took from that location.

Your image map doesn't work with IE 5.2 for Mac? That's a problem.

Not really, that browser isn't even being updated anymore, according to Microsoft

It doesn't work for Opera either. And *that's* a problem, cause I only have IE and Opera. And I'm not using the former, because I like my computer safe, free of spam and viruses, and my data private, thank you very much.

So I guess MSN Explorer is one of the few operating system that it actually does work on. That's what I use.

From what i've seen, it works fine in all of the standards compliant browsers, Opera might be, but I dunno, never tried it.

Works just fine on Mozilla. So I would venture to say that it works well on Netscape as well.

That is rather interesting. Wish I could get a map of the area where I live and do that. I like photography. And it would work well with showing people on the Garden Center where exactly all the cool pictures of gardens around here were taken.

Interesting, but not something I haven't seen. Image maps with pop-ups and such. Nice addition to your website, though.

You took these pictures? How'd you get that lizard? Are you a professional photographer, or is this a hobby?

Works fine on Firebird, by the way.

Works well on IE 5.5.

And it is quite a good concept, is carried well, and is a credit to your site.

Thanks :)
I'm a hobby photographer, in fact, if I don't get away from here, I'll be late for my first day on my new job (Post Office)
I also like hiking, and I just got lucky with finding the lizard.
