Does anyone else seem to notice that everybody is apparently using the General forums as a new Miscellaneous forum? I mean, some of these topics are obviously not connected to Spidweb in any way. The general forum isn't supposed to be used for any topic. It's for topics that pertain to Spiderweb software and their games. -------------------- "We can learn a lot from crayons. Yes, there was. It was where you could post any topic as long as you followed the Code of Conduct. They had to take down the Misc. General was sort of concerned with slightly more sensible things. Misc was very silly, and home to flame wars, rudeness, foolish games and... um... For me, General has generally not a bad level. A lot of people here are able to think and have opinions. That's not self-evident in a world of morons. Idk, i think that it's okay for the general boards to discuss everything. If people have questions about new games and stuff about spiderweb, there are other boards for that. General was supposed to be about Spiderweb. Misc. was home to topics about everything, including the infamous pointless polls. The difference now is that General is still mostly spam-free, and the vast majority of topics at least start with a purpose. —Alorael, who misses Misc. It had a certain ambience that General lacks. I beg to differ. Remember the 'What are you listening to?' topic? It was far easier for the stupidity to make the journey from Misc. than the worthwhile content.
