Hi. If they yell at you, no problem, everything in this scenario seems to be done so that you turn on the side of the rebels : poor peasants are enslaved and punished if they don't do their quotas for the Volpe one, their farmland was "stolen" by the empire, those poor peasant run through dangerous and hydra's infested swamps to get healing herbs, etc, etc... On the other side, as Bleueden says, empire is laughing at you, yelling at you, taxing you, refusing you to pass, treating you with words likes "you fools!" and so on. Except to things : the empire patrol guided by rebel false info to its death in the Swampfolk pit and the lone NPC rebel in willow, everything in this scenario seems to be done so that you turn on the side of the rebels : where is the announced "hard choice to make" in the scenario presentation ?
