I just got a CD of Jewish music from Moment Magazine. I'm now starting as a solo Celt and have finished the Pits. (behind the dining room)" As a reward for the Eye of Cathrac mission (IIRC - one of the missions he assigns you) you get to have access to that equipment. I don't think you can reach the area until that point.
