Personally, I am adamantly against what Congress and the President just did. The Executive and Legislative branches shouldn't be able to control what the Judicial branch does. We have Checks and Balances for a reason. I just see it has one more power grab by the current administration. I believe they are just trying to see how far they can get their fingers into people's personally lives before, the public cries foul. Hopefully, this is the breaking point. I would expect that games like Exile could be modified to run on a PDA. I remember reading an article not too long ago about a company that was trying to port Myst to Pocket PCs. I am not sure to the status of that, but if Myst could be ported I don't see what would prevent Exile from being able to. It would just require Jeff to see the Pocket PCs owners has a lucrative market and move into it.
