I am playing N:R again, as Romans this time. I was wondering if blessing the same weapon twice increases the benefit?

Also, are scrolls/crystals affected by the user's stats at all? My suspicion is no, since it didn't seem to matter in Avernum.

I don't think that repeated dipping in the blessing pool gives an extra bonus. At least I never saw a noticeable effect. I pretty much just upgraded the weapons as I got them.

Items shouldn't be affected by user stats. I did see terror wands in A4 being more effective when used by a natural mage trait character.
