In the sub-Ruined Hall catacombs, there is a shrine. In my wanderings, I walked up to it and was informed that though there were runes on it, I was not skilled enough to read them. Having returned with greater runic ability, no message appears on contact with the shrine. Is this a bug?

If you are Roman, then you never get to figure it out. If you play as a Celt you will get the message. I checked with Jeff on this during beta testing.

Seems odd that it wouldn't just repeat the can't-figure-this-out message like everything else. It feels incomplete.
