E3: Getting Sick

I'm playing Exile 3 (yes i'm in the middle of both E1 and E3) and I'm upto about day 66. And my party keep randomly getting sick (it says that they get very nauceous and their hair starts to fall out). I was just wondering what that's all about. Has that have something to do with the Tower of Magi thing, I read about or is it something else?

Thanks in advance (sorry if their is a topic already on this. I couldn't find one so I thought I'd start a new one).

No, the Tower of Magi incident isn't until much later. The problem you're having is that you're carrying an item that's making you sick. It's probably a Uranium Bar; if you have any unidentified metal bars in your inventory, dump them.

That seem to be a problem a lot of the time. Usually I don't keep metal bars around with me, I sell them.

Don't dump the uranium bar, just hurry up and idenify it and sell it. It's worth it. Much unlike the more customary iron bars that usually cost more to identify than they sell for.

Pointless or not, at least there's one source of nausea not yet mentioned: a certain pair of gauntlets also has uranium rivets in it. I remember having one in E2/A2, and the bonuses the gauntlets gave were well worth having to occasionally cure some disease.

I've seen it twice. Once here, once in the Avernum forum.

Oh. Avernum forums. Maybe so. I wouldn't know then because I don't really read the Avernum forums much. The Exile forums just seem to go so much faster. For some reason.

Every time someone adds to a post, it cycles to the top.
If no one adds to it, it will fall out of existence by lethargy.
Rarely do the Moderators remove posts unless it's really warrented, and rightly so.
Unlike objects in the Scenarios, not everything needs to be "killed".
So, ignore anything you want to see fade away.

Yeah... I guess that's pretty cool...

Actually, your joining date is June 21 while mine is June 25, but that's close enough. 361 days.

And you both have RIFQ plugs in your signatures. I would too, only my signature is too long as it is.
