Exile 2 Empire Archives need help

I know there is a secret door on level 1 at location 28,26: but I can't find it. I can see the dot that is probably the staircase; however, i can't get a secret door to open. I've tried bumping into the walls at all angles, and move mountains.

Help, please!!!!!!

I believe the secret door is on the wall that is by the lava river surrounding the center of the archives.
