Can't seem to figure out where to go to learn potion making in Avernum 4. It used to be you could add it at character creation. Anyone got a clue for me?

You can't learn potion making in avernum 4. There are a bunch of NPCs that can turn your herbs into potions for you though.

Really? Now why would they have made that change? How unfortunate. What about secret doors? I've been going around running into walls for hours and haven't found a single one. Did Jeff take those out too?

Those were also removed in Avernum 4. However, secret doors (of a kind) have returned in Avernum 5.

Hmm..do keep all those Graymold and Madrakes..the most useful(?) Knowledge Brew can be made near-end game..and requires both the two herbs..

Mandrake forms the limit. There more of the other 4 herbs than mandrake. I counted.
