When I cleared the Crumbling Lab area, I tried to get into the Clawbug Infestation, but there is a door with a lever that need 9 living tools to can be opened. I must open it with the tools? There isn't a key somewhere?

Ignore crumbling labs, and go to the area south of it (forgot the name, but it has allot of Pylons in it), in the SW part of this area is a hole in the ground which you can climb down in, and thus get to the infestion.
