What do you mean "can't"? Litterary..Or is he just too strong? What kind of class do you play? You have to kill him twice. Just before he dies the fist time he teleports to a different part of his home. Once he disappears go to the far southeast. Stay along the south wall and move west. You'll get to some controls, and if you have high enough mechanics using the controls will cause an explosion that kills Khyryk. Or if you really want to cheat do dbugkill. Sorry I wasn't clear. When I first met him, I had the option (in the dialogue box) to engage in fighting. Do you really need this option? Heh. You see that dagger/shortsword button next to your quickspells?
