I have been adopting creatures, which is a lot of fun. However, in certain circumstances they can be annoying or easily killed. Can I rest them somewhere? If I dismiss them, will I ever find them again? I just want to put them out of the way for a little while. I can inactivate them, but they reactivate as soon as fighting starts. I would like to leaved them behind on some quests.

Any suggestions?

I don't think you can do that SDR. You either use them, or get rid of them.

Try leaving them behind closed doors if you dont want them following you for a while. Although I found that late in the game such characters as the friendly rat and abandoned vlish quickly became useless. Only Heust Blade and the Giant Romer remained useful

I generally dont like doing that. Probably cus in the demo, the creatures cant be upgraded and you cant control them with 2 intelligence. :(
