Um, where do you get that idea from? I only count 4.

Perhaps he means the tutorial?

With the tutorial, you're just supposed to get to the portal at the end(Not the one at the beginning. Because on the way to the second one, you can get some easy experience and some amber).

Please do not double-post(posting two times in a row). Use the edit button instead.

*sigh*

Alt+Printscreen while on the BoA window to save a screenshot into your clipboard, then paste it into Paint. Save it as a .jpg or something.

Then upload it to Geocities. Make an account there if you have to.

I really don't think this is real, but if you want the information...

Hey Dan,
Yeah I've noticed 'a perfect forest' as well (on BoA for MAC). For me, it's on the second page of scenarios listed when you go to enter a new scenario.

As far as I can tell, APF is an intentionally incomplete scenario. I've rooted through the file in the editor, and, as far as I can see, there are no hidden triggers that make the game do anything at all after the hostile encounter with the nephil outside of the nephil village.

I hope this answers your question.

Use their "easy upload manager" or whatever on their page builder, and just post the link.

Seems that, if this does exist, it's probably the Bandit Busywork equivalent for BoA and was included by mistake.

It's not in the PC version, for sure. And not in earlier Mac versions, either.

That's very strange. I have a much, much more completed version of A Perfect Forest on my computer, because, I'm in the process of designing it. How it got into any downloadable file, I know not.

Anyway, expect the full version within a month.

Apparently it seems somehow your unfinished version of A Perfect Forest ended up in the Vogel computer in the Scenarios folder when Jeff was compressing the newer version of BoA...

Quite strange.

I have A Perfect Forest also. It came with Blades of Avernum, 'cause I don't remember downloading anything else...

Wait, how did Jeff get his hands on a scenario that Stareye was designing?

If *i didn't make it clear enough, it was never released at all. Anyone who has it has what amounts to a leaked, very unfinished copy. It will be released, complete and for both platforms, once Stareye's done with it.

The reason he has it is that it was one of the scenarios I created while beta testing. There were bugs that needed to be fixed in the editor and I submitted the file. When he compressed the latest version, he must have forgot to remove it.

Geez, so that explains it. I notice it was an incomplete scenario when I looked at it with the scenario editor. Thanks for the mystery solved.
