Unlock Doors is available in VoDT: Student Quarters. You need 9 levels of Rune Reading or thereabouts to learn it.

The only one available in VotD that you requested is Unlock Doors, and thats where he said it was ;)

You get the other spells in the next scenario in the towns of Willow and Liam.
