You know, as much as I appreciate this and find it worthwhile downloading it, I am really getting crazy of the fact that these things aren't made for Mac OS 9!!! My mother has Mac OS X, but I don't want to wotk on her computer (and she doesn't let me). I also have windows XP, but I started working with this scenario on a Mac. (is it possible to continue making a scenario which was first made on a Mac, on a Windows?)

Yes. Everything's cross-platform except the custom graphics, and those are easy to convert.

I tried it, but had problems with the 3D view. I could press tab until dooms day, but nothing happened. I downloaded it from the link, given on the first page of this topic. I also downloaded the editor from the scenario workshop. I soon discovered that the files were exactle the same, so I just copied all the files of the scenario editor with the 3D view over the other files. Maybe I made a mistake while extracting, maybe I just pressed the wrong key.

It just occured to me I don't have the 3Dwinreadme.pdf.

Can we get this topic locked? All this should be directed over to the remake project thread.

If you're not downloading from Sourceforge, you're downloading from the wrong place.

This is not necessary. The 3D Editor should work from any location on your hard drive.

Try redownloading the editor, and running it. Don't copy over anything.

QUESTION: Is it possible to speed up the rate in which it scrolls along the map. At the moment I'd rather use the Standard editor to make things because of the speed in which I can do things. When you are playing around with different things all over town, it helps to have some speed to it...

I'm sure i'm not the only one who's noticed this!

Windows or OS X?

Is scrolling in 3D terrain too slow? If so this has been noted (on windows), but probably won't be fixed.

If it's something else, say what exactly is slow.

EDIT:

Actually for scrolling through terrain, you can press shift and click the scrolling buttons to go faster.

Somehow this did not end up in the release file. Its there now.

I finally got the 3D editor working. There was a extremely stupid mistake I had made. I don't see however anywhere a pdf file about the editor.

EDIT:
I wil download the thing again, And see if I'll get it now.

EDIT:
I downloaded it again, and now have the file. Thanks!
