Go to the libraries, and stand at the glowing gates. (it wouldn't help you, it'll just make it easier for my to orientate :P ). Now go all the way to the east, until you find an entrance to the north. take it and go east. You should now came at a slope going down. Take it. You'll end up in some caves.
