I'm stuck on the level Fourty-Two. No matter which combination I try, I just can't seem to solve this thing. Help! -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

Positions of the stones you drop correspond to positions of the stones falling at the top. Dropping stones in the same position on both left and right sides makes the corresponding bit in the answer shift by 1 position. I don't remember the answer, but it's not too hard to figure out (if you don't play in hard mode) if you do a couple experiments to see what dropping individual stones (or pairs of stones from both left and right) does. If you want the exact answer, I'll look it up. -------------------- Be careful with a word, as you would with a sword, For it too has the power to kill. It turns out I was thinking of the wrong level. In this one, the answer is to drop 4 stones on the left and 2 on the right, putting them over holes in leftmost positions of corresponding sections. If that still doesn't make sence, I can e-mail you my replay of the level. -------------------- Be careful with a word, as you would with a sword, For it too has the power to kill. I don't want to start a new thread, but I have a question. I'm trying to play the 2004 contest set, but I can get past the introduction screen. Am I just missing something? -------------------- You acquire an item: Radio Free Foil Posts: 1169 | Registered: Monday, September 23 2002 07:00 |

You can bypass the 2004 intro level via a cheat code. Go over to the level you want to play, hold ctrl and type in 'wendigo' without the quotes. It doesn't affect your high score because you have to do the levels anyway, it just affects what order you do them in. Posts: 587 | Registered: Tuesday, April 1 2003 08:00 |

While we're on the subject of cheat codes, I can't seem to get the DaVinchi code to work. -------------------- I tried to think of something witty to put here. Needless to say, I failed. Posts: 2686 | Registered: Friday, September 8 2006 07:00 |

This has since been fixed, by the way. Download the levelpack for 2006 to get the fix. http://crystalshard.net/zip/LEVELPAK.ZIP -------------------- Pieter Simoons, aka Radiant Official Crystal Shard and SubTerra webpage Posts: 798 | Registered: Monday, December 17 2001 08:00 |
