Then again, it's much better and cheaper than UBB. Then again, the reason Jeff gave for UBB is not that it is better, but that it is the only clean way of importing posts. Frankly, I'm not sure IPB offers any post import plugins. In Jeff's place I certainly wouldn't hire (cough) some MySQL wizard just to transfer those posts to the IPB database schema.
