I find I can tolerate "I could care less" if I think of it as ironical understatement, with "but it would be very difficult" left unsaid. "We're not to be reckoned with" sounds to me, though, like a simple confusion between "we're a force to be reckoned with" and "we're not to be trifled with".

This is why I've never understood these temporary bans. The person who has been banned will be back soon enough, so what's the point of the ban in the first place?

Why send people to jail if they are only going to be released?

Some people have some strange idea that banning is done for purposes of justice, fairness, or for the greater good. This is a common misconception, but it is nonetheless patently untrue.

The admins ban people because they can. And they like it. Questions?

The idiom is 'has another think coming' 'Thing' is hypercorrection.

You neglected to punctuate your sentences.

I am aware of the humor in what I posted, yes.

That said, I've seen claims both ways. "Another think" makes more sense, but I've yet to find a credible source either way.

—Alorael, who settled on the solution of never using the phrase at all. Except when it's remarkably appropriate, as here. Had he world enough and time, he'd go on mangling phrases.
