There's an excellent (and, to me, fairly interesting) article on those and other differences here.

Comedy. Action. Adventure.

I agree with Salmon ("I'll read books if I want substance"), but a good mind-boggler every now and then is nice. :)

And I spell the words favourite and colour.

My English teachers are fine with them, but other teachers (mainly, my history teacher and science teacher) are favorite.

This reminds me of a New Yorker I heard saying "salmon." (This New Yorker also thought that Portland was "Hicksville." I didn't tell her that I live in a town with less than a thousand people in it.) I wish I could remember exactly how she pronounced it, though.

Incidently, Dikiyoba is from Oregon and pronounces favorite as "fayv-rit".

I've now completely abandoned that word. Repetative use has been shown to cause joint strain and mild headaches, alternatives cause liver failure and occasionally death.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Trust me arghhhhhhhhh, I was far from being serious. Like I said, I have no interest in kids, and I'm already taken.

Edit: too late Slarty. *facepalms him to death*
