I don't know if this isn't forbidden by the CoC but i want to know what p2p programs you use, i used IMesh for a long time, but it sucked a bit. Now i use Warez and it rocks :D I don't like kazaa, it's full of ads and spyware, but warez and even Imesh don't. Posts: 446 | Registered: Friday, July 22 2005 07:00 |

I'm not allowed to have p2p clients on my computer, due to the school's rules. I can't even have file sharing enabled on my PC. If I do, I get booted off the network. However, before I started going to college here, I used LimeWire. It was the only thing I could get to work, and it was fairly reliable. p2p are mainly forbidden for the "illegal" things people do with them but ive used them unfornately but the use wasnt illegal it was to get a images of the nissan skyline and viper gts and other things like that.No it wasnt to get adult entertainment i dont swing that way. ive used win-mx, kazaa, and limewire. winmx is the worst, kazaa is nearly as bad ,limewire is the most used and doesnt have all the spyware and adware my advice DO NOT USE P2P they are bad [ Wednesday, December 14, 2005 14:38: Message edited by: The Forgotten ] -------------------- George Bush is a Nazi - Eric Cartmen I'm not as think you stoned I am Visit the RIFQ Forums Posts: 462 | Registered: Tuesday, June 21 2005 07:00 |

It really depends on what you're looking to download. I like Azureus, eMule, and Shareaza. Posts: 70 | Registered: Monday, April 12 2004 07:00 |

IIRC, a lot of people use p2p clients to download various distributions of Linux. Like a lot of things, p2p clients are only as evil as the user. -------------------- "We can learn a lot from crayons. Some are short, some are dull, some are sharp, some are tall. I use lots of different things. i use BitTornado for all my bit torrent downloads, but for regular P2P searches, I use, in order, LimeWire, Morpheus, and eMule. I used to use Win MX from time to time before it got shut down. EDIT: quote:Lots of other open source programs and freeware are also available through P2P networks. I get most of my software for Linux of bit torrent. [ Wednesday, December 14, 2005 19:27: Message edited by: Tyranicus ] -------------------- "You're drinking liquor because you're thirsty?
