I protest at your insinuation that Internet Explorer is leet.
I didn't insinuate that it was leet, just leeter than any costly FTP software. It easily opens FTP sites like folders on your hard drive (with more restrictions, of course).

BTW, You double posted (unless someone deleted a post between them).

I really advise you, Aran, not to think of it as "still 5000 words to go!" Think of it differently, like I do with mining in Runescape. Instead of thinking: "Still 500 coal to mine! Ugh," I think: "Yet another 100!" After getting these hundred I think: "Now lets try to get to a total of 1000 coal, that's just 200 coal more," which makes it much easier and less annoying. Try it.

Wait! I noticed I can make one complaint about that list, if you will indeed start using it. It doesn't show ranks. I mean people will want to see what number they are in terms of new posts, and they would have to count to their one by one. It's.. inconvenient.
Yes, unfortunately I haven't figured out how to add the row number to the mysql output. I'll have to read the tutorials again.

Two minutes with a web page editor, and I can have that done. Unfortunately, I have to go to the dentist now.

Thralni: Good motivational trick, but for me it hasn't worked out so far... I keep putting off the writing for too late in the evening, and then I don't have enough time to actually do enough.

My monitor has just hit a strange anomaly:

What the? It appears that the script unexpectedly checked the numbers of the BoA forum instead of General for a single hour.

Without a clear reason... o_O

I'm slowing down. That could be a good thing, or a bad. I just want 100+ next month.

And I'm back from camp, but things didn't go quite as well as planned. Busted for drinking. :/

Oh, and I never elaborated that even though I was not on that list this month, I was 11th. Close enough. :P

I have not made near the effort toward my post count lately as a couple months ago.

At least you don't have to worry about becoming an alcoholic.
