Yes, see above edit. Oh and what program are you using, an is it a demo? Notepad only allows you to do 8 staves, and I would like to do more. I'm currently using the full version of Printmusic. I never used Notepad, cause it was to limited. I sugest downloading the demo and see for yourself how you like Printmusic (Note though that you can;t save in the demo, this allowing you to explore all features of Printmusic and still not be able to simply use it without paying). Sfter that buy the program if you like it and you don't want a program that's to proffesional. Finale Allegro could also suit you, but I don't recommend on Finale, becasue for a amateur its much to complicated. I tried it myself several times, but thought that I could get what I wanted for $400 less. EDIT: You said it doesn't really have an underlying base part? It indeed doesn't have any, except for the celli (plural of cello, in case you didn't know...). Currently I'm working on somehting completely different that also sounds better and has more to it then some random notes. Like to hear it? If you have anything you'd like me to hear or somebody to say what he thinks about it, I'd love to hear it. I am working on a piece for an English Project on The Crucible. When I'm finished I will try and send the file to you. EDIT: I have finished six short pieces (about 1 min each) i can send it to you in .mp3 or .wav format if you want to hear them, but the sound quality is bad because notepad can't export as sound files, so I had to record my own speaker sound.
